This laser range module is characterized by its compact and lightweight design, capable of accurately measuring distances of up to 10 meters in a quick and efficient manner. The Precision Laser Distance Sensor's engineering ensures a smaller and lighter form factor, improved energy efficiency, and a competitive cost without compromising performance. The Phase Distance Sensor is compact in size with a width of 15mm, a length of 42mm and a thickness of 6mm. In addition, the laser range module can accurately measure distance with an accuracy of 1mm. The distance measurement method used in this laser range module is phase laser ranging. The LDL Laser Ranging Sensor utilizes phase laser ranging for measurement.

Phase laser ranging is generally well suited for measuring short and medium range distances.
