Returns & Exchanges

At ThinkRobotics.in, we strive to ensure your projects are powered by the best components; however, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can initiate a return within 7 days of delivery. All items must be in their original packaging and unused condition to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and submit a formal request.

  Approval & Packaging

  Once our technical team reviews your request, you will receive an RMA number; please securely pack the items including all original accessories.

• 3.
  Shipment

  Ship the package to our designated warehouse address using a trackable courier service and update the tracking details in your return portal.

• 4.
  Inspection & Refund

  After our engineers verify the hardware functionality and condition, your refund or replacement will be processed within 5-7 business days.
